* Prior experience working in fast-paced environments
* Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct or indirect experience leading, coaching, and developing teams to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
* Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high department standards through stock monitoring, rotation routines, waste management, and quality control
* A strong focus on creating a one-team culture that values employee well-being, health, and safety, while celebrating success and achievement
