The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll be hands-on in driving forward key development projects. From financial modelling to problem-solving on the ground, you'll be involved in every stage of delivery, working alongside experts in sales, marketing, building, and management.
This role is fast-paced, varied, and designed for someone who thrives on making things happen.
About You
We're looking for someone who's ambitious, curious, and ready for challenge. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Valuation
* 3+ years' experience in large-scale land development (consultancy or client-side)
* Solid understanding of project design principles
* Experience with financials, feasibility studies, and DCF modelling
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with community groups and local authorities
* A solutions-focused mindset and passion for creating great outcomes
