About the Role
As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will be right in the action, leading the floor, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest experience is one to remember.
Oversee day-to-day food & beverage operations across multiple venues.
Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house teams during service.
Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation, and overall guest experience.
Manage guest feedback with discretion, professionalism and genuine care.
Support training, rostering and seamless day-to-day operations.
Ensure full compliance with safety, licensing, and company standards.
Drive revenue through elevated service delivery and thoughtful guest engagement.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality.
A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with calm, composed decision-making under pressure.
A genuine passion for elevated guest service with a strong eye for detail.
Flexible and available to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
