We have an opportunity for a Strategic Marketing Manager to join the team at Stockland. Work with the National Customer Strategy Manager to design and deliver best practice product, pricing and proposition tools and processes to drive customer centricity within the Development Lifecycle and pipeline growth for the Stockland Halycon Business. Act as a business partner to the National Marketing Manager in terms of strategic portfolio positioning and a best practice guide for Community Marketing Managers and project teams for the creation of marketing strategy and value proposition development for new Stockland Halycon projects. Take responsibility for design and deliver of customer experience improvements for the Stockland Halycon business.
**About the Role**
- Use of analytics tools and customer segmentation to understand market growth opportunities.
- Partner with Community Marketing Managers to guide them through project launch with a focus on effective communication and operational decision making.
- Identify and execute on National Customer Strategy initiatives aligned to customer journey maps.
- Research and testing new projects, products and value propositions.
- Develop strategic marketing plans for new Stockland Halycon Projects.
- Work with Customer and Market Insights team to quantify opportunities and ensure product and
- placemaking is aligned to insights.
- Drive culture of customer centricity within the LLC Business.
- Engage with business development and development to facilitate customer and product workshops.
- Develop best practice templates and tools to embed into business process.
**About You**
- Degree / Qualification in Marketing, Communication, Business with Major in Marketing.
- Extensive experience in Marketing including the property Industry - ideally residential development.
- Skilled in data analysis.
- Significant experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Extensive experience working with diverse stakeholder environments.
- Excellent marketing skills and capability.
- Solid understanding of community development practices.
- Creative marketing and communication skills.
