Key responsibilities include allocating materials and trades to job sites, ensuring construction is carried out safely, and inspecting completed work to guarantee quality standards. A strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management, along with 5 years' experience within the Residential Project Home Industry. They must also demonstrate considerable knowledge of building practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to residential home construction.
