We are a well-established boutique law firm located centrally in Nambour. We are currently seeking a Senior Property & Commercial Lawyer/Partner to join our team working within a team alongside our Director, Partner, Commercial Lawyers and Senior Paralegal.
This role would result in a Partnership opportunity for the right candidate. The successful applicant would lead our Commercial and Property areas, reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
This role involves working autonomously in the areas of:
* Corporate/Commercial
* General Commercial and Property Agreements
* Businesses Sales and Purchases
* Developments
* Property Law
* Trusts
* Corporate Structuring
* Leasing
* PPSR
Requirements
* At least 5 years PAE
* Strong credentials and experience in the areas referred to above
* Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software (highly regarded)
* Ability to lead a small team consisting of a Junior Lawyer and Senior Paralegal
* Ability to be responsible and self-driven with billable hours, as well as Property/Commercial team targets
* Knowledge/experience of PEXA and Queensland Revenue Office
* Ability to work under pressure
* Be a good team player, but also able to work autonomously
The position is on a permanent full time basis with an opportunity to work from home for part of the week following the end of probationary periods.
