The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has opened for a 'Contract Administrator' to join their dynamic Canberra team. If you've got a solid background in contract administration and project coordination within the Building and Construction industry, this could be your next big career move
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:
* Supporting the Project Manager with project documentation and admin
* Completing quality assurance and control (QA/QC) records
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and sub-contractors
* Handling quantity take-offs and procurement tasks
* Attending and contributing to project meetings
* Preparing and reviewing contracts
* Managing project variations
* Processing payment claims, including progress claims and processing invoices

What You'll Need
* Experience in a Contract Administrator role in the Building & Construction sector is essential
* Experience in the above mentioned role responsibilities is essential
* Tertiary Qualifications in either Construction Management, or Engineering, or something similar would be advantageous however is not essential
* Construction White Card (Essential)
* Experience on defence-related projects and/or defence clearance is a bonus, but not required
