The Chancellor on Currie, has an exciting opening for a full-time Guest Service Agent. We are seeking a reliable individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional high-quality level of service to our guests, in our newly refurbished hotel.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Duty Managers, the Guest Service Agent will support the efficient running of front office operations. Providing a warm, welcoming, professional and efficient check-in and check-out procedure ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient service for guest registrations and departures.
* Settle guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate.
* Adhering to all credit and accounting procedures.
* Manage guest requests and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
* Store and retrieve guest luggage as required or requested in accordance with established procedures.
* Ensure across daily hotel functions, groups, conventions and tours.
* Work closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
* Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner.
* Provide tourist information to guests and make reservations for sightseeing tours, restaurants, the cinema and live entertainment.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, providing you with job security.
You must be flexible and able to work a 7-day rotating roster incorporating days, nights, weekends and public holidays and have full Australian working rights.
