Key Role Description:
The Business Continuity Analyst plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the enterprise, business units, and branches across Australia and New Zealand.
This includes supporting the development and maintenance of robust business continuity plans that mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations.
* Assist in implementing Business Continuity Management Policy and standards
* Contribute to completing Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
* Support Vendor Management by conducting business continuity assessments of third-party vendors
* Maintain key indicators for critical systems and overall Business Continuity capability
* Monitor business continuity risk in accordance with the Risk Control Framework
* Support the Business Continuity team in planning and executing exercises at Business Unit and Enterprise level
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery
• Exposure to operations, production, or technology environment within the financial services industry
• A Certificate of BCI or equivalent relevant industry qualification highly regarded
• Ability to develop, build, and maintain relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Exposure to a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system highly regarded
