* Property Partner – Join a growing Property team in Melbourne; role does require a portable practice.
* Tax Partner – Work across HNW tax structuring and other tax matters; current partners have adequate workflows and the role succeeds one of those partners.
* Financial Services Partner – Based in Melbourne or Sydney; does not require a portable practice, work focuses on financial services licensing, structuring, and investment streams supported by the existing Funds practice.
* OH&S Partner – Join the Melbourne team to mentor junior staff; role leverages the firm's existing $1 million safety matters revenue and is ideal for an experienced OH&S lawyer.
The roles target lawyers at Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner level. Typically, a portable practice is needed, but opportunities exist for ambitious Senior Associates looking to leverage contacts outside a top or mid‐tier environment, supported by a flexible rate card and a focus on mid‐cap and private clients. Special Counsel and fast‐tracked Senior Associate appointments are also available.
