We are currently searching for our newest team member
- **Recruitment Consultant** - in our corporate
**property team** to work on a 'hot desk of active clients with many PSA's already in-place.
This is a busy and integral role working in a small team ensuring we find the best-fit talent options for our clients.

**Duties in this role include**:
- Develop rapport and working relationships with clients by displaying an appreciation of the "ins and outs" of their departments while better understanding their specific hiring specifications
- Develop and release job postings on all collaboration platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Follow up on interview process status, updating the internal database
- Other ad hoc administration duties, as necessary to be successful in the role.
- Prior experience in recruitment as a consultant or talent manager
**OR**:
- Prior experience in Retail/Commercial Property, Property Development or Property Sales
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, goal-focused and results focussed
- Resilient, tenacious, process driven and self-motivated
- A genuine interest in people, their motivators and what motivates them
- Naturally intuitive and a creative problem solver
- Personable, friendly and caring
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A quick thinker, good negotiator and have a high sense of urgency
- Likes to laugh - a sense of humour is a **MUST!**
