We can't wait for you to join our team as a Senior Electrical Engineer (Power Systems) and bring your fresh perspective to the team.
The role involves reviewing work of more junior team members providing technical support, maintaining relationships with existing clients and being the interface between Entura and the respective client, acting as the Technical Lead for connection application studies, Generator Performance Standards (GPS) compliance assessments, model overlays and model validation in PSSE and PSCAD and project management of smaller projects.

You Have Experience In The Following Areas
* 7+ years' experience.
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
* Practical experience of 7+ years, predominantly in the space of grid connections, Generator Performance Standards (GPS) compliance assessments, power system studies.
* Undertaken testing either on site or virtually (e.g. via Teams screenshare) desirable but not essential.
* Ideally CPEng, RPEQ, RPEV credentials.
* Able to diagnose and trouble‐shoot independently (both in software PSSE, PSCAD, Python, etc as well as technical issues, i.e. understand the underlying real world physics).
* Modelling software experience using:
o PSSE
o PSCAD essential
o Powerfactory
o SINCAL highly desired
o Python and Matlab highly desired
