About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our Safety division in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with end-users and partners to understand the evolving demands of a dynamic jobsite and deliver solutions for a safe, productive work environment.
Your key objectives include:
* Driving end-user conversion to Milwaukee and expanding market share across all product categories within your territory.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration.
* Identifying and acting on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users.
* Maintaining accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Embracing ongoing learning, contributing to team culture, and actively participating in professional development.
About You
* A minimum of 2 years' trade experience or relevant graduate degree.
* A minimum of 1 year's direct selling experience (desired).
* Experience with using CRM software (desired).
* A passion for safety in the workplace.
* Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving capability.
* A valid driver's licence and excellent driving history.
