Senior Client Engagement Manager
This role involves managing inbound client enquiries and support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions. The Senior Client Engagement Manager will provide expert advice on platform features, configurations, and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes. They should be naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Manage inbound client enquiries and support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
2. Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on platform features, configurations, and workflows.
3. Issue Resolution: Escalate and manage complex issues through to resolution.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional experience in the Banking, Finance, Valuation, or Real Estate sectors, with strong industry knowledge preferred.
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes.
* Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
