About the Role
This is a true "roll your sleeves up" Stores & Administration role where no two days ever look the same.
You'll work inside the office supporting our Manufacturing and Purchasing teams, and then head out onto the factory floor and into the yard to check deliveries, assist with stocktakes, inspect materials, and complete cycle counts on the components used to build our modular buildings.

You'll work closely with our Stores Supervisor, Purchasing team, and onsite operations crew to keep stock moving, paperwork accurate, and the stores area running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Assist with day-to-day administration for the Manufacturing and Stores teams
Place purchase orders and maintain stock levels as instructed by the Stores Supervisor
Review delivery paperwork, sign for incoming goods and verify accuracy
Enter goods received into Oracle and ensure all materials are correctly labelled by job number
Head out onto the factory floor and yard to conduct stocktakes and daily cycle counts
Help monitor deliveries entering the facility, including gate control
Work with Stores labour and yard staff to coordinate unloading and traffic management
Chase overdue stock orders and liaise with suppliers to keep everything on track
Support the team in maintaining a clean, well-organised, and safe stores environment
What You'll Bring
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and a love of keeping things accurate and organised
Confidence communicating with internal teams, suppliers and delivery drivers
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to juggle tasks in a busy environment and follow established processes
Experience with Oracle, Databuild or similar systems (desirable but not essential)
Enjoyment of a role that mixes office work with hands-on tasks
