Warehouse Team Leader - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team on a fixed term contract for approximately 7 months at our West Footscray site.
* Ensure adherence to Company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
* Maintain and update Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures as required
* Manage Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and improve their efficiency
* Support the Manager in daily operations
* Assist team leaders with daily truck load planning and preparation of loads
* Resolve errors in SAP and coordinate with Planning/Customer Service teams
* Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve data discrepancies
* Achieve high delivery-in-full-on-time (DIFOT) rates
* Add work notifications for maintenance as required
* Conduct regular stock checks across all warehouse storage locations

* Demonstrated technical expertise in logistics and manufacturing systems
* Proven knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Flexible working hours and ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in software and systems, including SAP, Planning tools, NDC, CWay, and other relevant technologies
