Main Responsibilities:

* Process client appointments through the online portal
* Verify and initiate client service processes using end-user software and communication devices
* Educate clients on how to apply for energy assistance via our website and submitting supporting documents by mail
* Prepare reports, logs, dashboards, and tally sheets for accurate reporting and record-keeping
* Review and respond to complaint documentation, statistical data, and application processing details
* Collaborate with staff to ensure precise reporting
* Maintain confidentiality regarding all families serviced by the program
* Scan, upload, and distribute client documentation for benefit determination

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in clerical or related fields, and successfully complete pre-employment assessments.
