Multi Hotel Director of Sales – Pullman Cairns International (Contract – Maternity Leave)
Pay Range
A$123,******/yr – A$150,******/yr (Base salary; actual pay based on skills and experience)

About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Hotel Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for Pullman Cairns International and Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort on a fixed-term, maternity leave contract.
The role focuses on driving growth across conferencing, events and leisure segments, maximizing market share and revenue performance across both hotels.
Responsibilities
Proactively source, secure, and convert new business opportunities across conferencing, events, corporate and leisure segments, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets through strategic sales initiatives.
Collaborate with General Managers and Revenue teams to optimize RevPAR, yield, and total revenue across all segments through strategic pricing, business mix, and sales initiatives.
Oversee and empower the Sales teams across both hotels, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and excellence in conversion and client service.
Harness the power of Accor's ALL, Meeting Planner, and Accor Plus programs to drive client retention and loyalty, embedding a guest-first, loyalty-led mindset across all teams.
Work closely with Marketing, Revenue and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns and tactical activity that enhance visibility, elevate guest experience, and grow revenue streams.
Monitor performance, market trends, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions, reporting regularly on activity, ROI, and results to ensure continued commercial success.
Qualifications
About You: You bring proven experience as a Sales leader within a branded hotel or resort environment, with a strong understanding of both leisure and business markets.
You are a confident and accountable leader, commercially minded, results-driven, and analytical.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams and adapting to a variety of customer needs and dynamics.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Sales leader within a branded hotel or resort environment.
Strong understanding of both leisure and business markets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Commercially minded and results-driven.
Detail-oriented and analytical.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in driving performance in a competitive market.
Ability to adapt to various customer needs and dynamics.
