Operator Maintainer
Work - In this hands-on position, you’ll undertake operational and maintenance activities, support dam and scheme operations, and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive safe and efficient water services.
As an Operator Maintainer at Sunwater, you will:
* Deliver operational and maintenance activities safely and efficiently, in line with business processes and compliance requirements.
* Conduct fault analysis, recommend solutions, and identify risks and mitigations.
* Maintain surveillance of water supply infrastructure and provide timely feedback on asset condition and performance.
We are seeking a capable operator with strong technical skills and experience in heavy industry, asset infrastructure, or a similar field. You will hold a Certificate 3 in Water Treatment and bring a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
You will also bring:
* Experience working in operational environments such as water supply, industrial, infrastructure, or mechanical/electrical settings
* Competency in confined space entry, working at heights, and a strong focus on WHS
* Unrestricted HR driver’s licence for manual vehicle
Please note that you will be required to work a 1 in 2 on-call roster which may require weekend work.
