About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager for a permanent fulltime position based in Applecross. The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday roster.
Key duties and responsibilities:
 * Manage a mixed strata portfolio, primarily residential schemes.
 * Conduct and attend AGMs, liaise with strata councils, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
 * Handle client relationships with professionalism, including day-to-day inquiries and escalations.
 * Manage front-end financial responsibilities (e.g., budgeting, levy approvals, and reporting) with back-end support functions outsourced.
 * Oversee maintenance and repairs by coordinating with contractors and service providers.
 * Drive business development opportunities where appropriate to support portfolio growth.
 * Ensure accurate use of StrataMaster software for portfolio management.
 * Prepare and present reports as required.
Skills and Experience required:
 * Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Strata Manager.
 * Completion of, or currently undertaking, the educational requirements due April 2026.
 * Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance processes.
 * Proficiency in StrataMaster software.
 * Demonstrated experience attending and conducting AGMs.
 * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
 * High standards of professionalism, organisation, and presentation.
 * Proven ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
 * Experience managing both residential and commercial strata schemes.
 * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
