What you’ll be doing:
Designing and executing sales strategies and campaigns for Inside Sales.
Coaching and mentoring high-performing team to exceed targets.
Collaborating across departments to launch current products and improve processes.
Managing key accounts and identifying growth opportunities
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
To succeed, you will need
Proven experience in Sales leadership, ideally in a technical or service-based industry.
Strong Communication and planning skills, with a people first mindset
Skilled in creating and executing effective plans that support team and business success.
Passion for mentoring and team development
Comfortable with CRM systems, reporting tools and data-driven decision making
