Sandstone Healthcare Yeerongpilly and Inala Primary Care Group are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to join our growing and collaborative healthcare team.
This role can be offered on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis, with remuneration aligned to industry standards and reflective of experience and qualifications.
We are looking for a strong clinical leader with a good understanding of the day-to-day operations of a medical practice, combined with the ability to support, mentor, and lead nursing teams across multiple sites.

About the Role
The Senior Nurse will work closely with the Clinical Directors and nursing teams across our practices to provide clinical leadership, operational support, and ongoing professional development.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at Sandstone Healthcare Yeerongpilly, while providing leadership support across both practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Clinical Directors and nursing team in a collaborative team environment
* Providing leadership and operational oversight to nursing teams across the practices
* Supporting and guiding nurses in identifying opportunities to upgrade clinical skills in line with practice requirements
* Providing training and education to staff on the use of clinical equipment and procedures when required
* Assisting in the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures
* Participating in accreditation preparation and ongoing compliance activities
* Supporting quality improvement initiatives and maintaining high clinical standards
* Assisting with workflow coordination and fostering a positive team culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous experience within General Practice nursing
* Leadership or management experience within a healthcare environment
* Strong understanding of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience using Best Practice clinical software
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and supportive leadership style
