A great short-term opportunity is available for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to support apprentice, technical, and dealer training programs. This role suits someone with strong admin skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with LMS platforms. You'll support a national L&D function and play an important role in coordinating training activities and maintaining accurate training records.
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will:
Coordinate and administer apprentice and technical training programs
Maintain accurate LMS and student training records
Prepare training calendars, bulletins, certificates, and program communications
Support logistics: room bookings, materials, and event coordination
Manage enquiries through the training inbox
Assist with reporting, compliance tasks, and general L&D admin
Provide administrative support across all L&D programs, including technical, and product training.
About You
You will bring:
Administration experience in training, education or L&D
Experience using an LMS
Strong written communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Confident stakeholder service
Good data accuracy and reporting capability
A proactive, customer-focused approach
