Job Description
The Cloud Service Manager will work closely with the Systems and Platform team to support and deploy Azure-based IT systems. This includes collaborating with clients and stakeholders to enhance and improve existing software, as well as investigating and resolving complex issues with application operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Engineers to ensure high-quality outputs, including building team capability and encouraging career development.
* Work within an agile environment using Safe, ensuring project progress reporting and compliance with governance processes.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the design, development, and testing of software applications.
Technical Skills
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise IT solutions consuming Azure services, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Serverless Compute, Azure Functions, Web Apps, Storage, Integration, Identity, and API Management.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a geographically dispersed network.
* Experience with managing and migrating solution infrastructure to the Azure platform, as well as demonstrated knowledge of risk management principles and processes.
Requirements
* Australian citizenship or ability to obtain NV1 clearance.
* Relevant qualifications and experience in cloud computing and Azure technology.
