True Synergy is a boutique consulting and event management company specialising in supporting professional associations, conferences and industry events across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients are primarily member-based professional societies operating in the STEM and environmental sectors.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of both True Synergy and the associations we manage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and is comfortable working across administration, communications and event support.
Working closely with the True Synergy team, you will assist with member communications, database administration, event preparation and general business operations.
The role:
* Assist with the administration of conferences and events
* Respond to client and member enquiries
* Co-ordinate supplier quotes and basic logistics support
* Assist with the preparation of social media posts and promotional content
* Create graphics using Canva for newsletters, social media and event promotions
* Maintain databased and website content
* Assist with preparing client proposals and onboarding new clients
* Co-ordinate office suppliers and services (IT support, internet provider, etc.)
* Support general business operations and internal systems
* Provide general business administration support
