Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive with a hunter mentality to join our growing team at GoTab. This key role will be responsible for identifying, targeting, closing deals while introducing GoTab's cutting-edge technology within the hospitality industry. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations & Customer Support to drive improvements with our partners and the product. You are outgoing, highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and contributing to the next disruptive movement in app-less mobile ordering, payments & social recommendations in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactive Prospecting
: Generate new business through cold outreach, networking and inbound lead follow up.
- Manage the Sales Cycle:
From initial contact to close. Conducting product demos & presentations to C-Suite, owners and all key stakeholders.
- Feedback Collection & Reporting
: Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and share insights with internal teams.
- Collaboration
: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring
: Negotiate contracts & pricing with a focus on long-term value and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Landscape:
Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to position GoTab in the market.
