Job Title: Breakfast Service Manager

The role of a Breakfast Service Manager is crucial in ensuring a high-quality guest experience and operational efficiency within the designated area.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Service & Experience:

Attend proactively to guest needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage guest flow during breakfast service and oversee reservation systems for smooth seating arrangements.

* Operational Oversight:

Supervise daily breakfast operations and coordinate across food and beverage outlets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure staff presentation standards.

* Training & Culture:

Deliver ongoing training to staff, promote open communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

* Compliance & Procedures:

Enforce hotel policies, health & safety guidelines, and financial protocols. Monitor equipment and implement controls to prevent losses.

* Stock & Administration:

Manage stock levels, complete revenue audits, and ensure accurate reporting. Secure all areas post-shift and collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
