We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team based at our Canberra Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting brand, communications, and engagement initiatives across a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in implementing marketing and communications activities across the Aspen Medical brand.
* Support adherence to Aspen Medical brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
* Assist with the administration and coordination of events and conferences.
* Triage and coordinate requests for marketing support, working closely with internal stakeholders across the business.
* Assist with marketing performance reporting and basic data analytics.
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
* Promote ethical behaviour and alignment with Aspen Medical's social purpose and B Corp principles.
* Provide effective administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.
* Undertake additional marketing-related activities as required.
About You
You will be a motivated and organised marketing professional with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to meaningful work that supports organisational objectives and brand growth.
Essential:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
* Experience using Facebook Business Suite.
* Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
* Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Experience in the healthcare or related industry.
* Experience using website CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience using Canva.
