As an Office Manager at Twisted Sista, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations. This position requires excellent organisation, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate office functions in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities and Tasks: Manage day‑to‑day office operations including staff scheduling, handling café communications, and managing supplier relationships. Maintain records of sales reports, staff rosters, supplier invoices and service contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Coordinate payments, basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks; liaise with external accountants and payroll services. Monitor and manage inventory and office supply levels for multiple café sites; oversee ordering and distribution. Respond to escalated customer service matters and track resolutions to ensure high service standards are maintained. Support marketing efforts by assisting with coordination of promotional campaigns and social media updates. Prepare regular reports on sales, staffing, customer feedback, and operational efficiency to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with hospitality workplace health, safety, and food handling standards, policies and procedures. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and supporting staff performance and training initiatives across locations. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as an Office Manager. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting software. Ability to proactively identify issues and implement improvements in hospitality operations. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
