Site Engineering Role Overview
Winslow is expanding its team in New South Wales and needs skilled professionals to join our construction crew as Site Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who wish to bring their skills and experience during a dynamic time for the business.
The role requires a strong understanding of project compliance, planning, and programming tasks. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, monitoring performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates, and reporting and mitigating project performance issues.
A successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, experience working in civil construction, and a customer-focused mindset. They should also be effective communicators, able to manage time effectively, and passionate about learning and growing within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct project compliance according to the Business Management System.
* Complete project planning and programming tasks.
* Manage client relationships.
* Monitor performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates.
* Report and mitigate project performance issues.
* Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
* Procure plant, equipment and material; and
* Issue PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs.
