We're hiring casual Steel Loaders for a well-known manufacturer and distributor of reinforcing steel products in Glendenning and Wetherill Park. This is a casual role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. We have positions available on both day and afternoon shifts - pick what works best for you! Shift Times & Pay Day Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm | $37.25 per hour Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm | $40.68 per hour What You'll Be Doing * Operating steel bending and cutting machines * Carrying out basic maintenance on machines * Checking finished products meet quality standards * always Following safety procedures * Working closely with your teammates to meet targets * Using a gantry crane to load and unload long steel onto trucks What We're Looking For * Experience is great, but not essential - we're happy to train you * Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Physically fit and confident lifting heavy items * Problem-solver with a positive attitude * Overhead crane experience is a big plus * Available 5-6 days a week with some overtime * Must have full working rights with no hour restrictions Apply now by sending us your resume - we'll be in touch with shortlisted candidates soon!
