We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to maintain robust client relationships and lead the execution of paid advertising campaigns. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will manage monthly reporting, ensure campaigns are optimized, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results. Your goal is to maintain client satisfaction, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, leading monthly reporting and review meetings, presenting insights and actionable recommendations. You will manage and optimize client paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) and collaborate closely with internal teams to implement strategies and ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead monthly reporting and review meetings, presenting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and optimize client paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement strategies and ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
- Understand client goals, identify pain points, and provide proactive solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations for maximum ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional services where appropriate.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with service delivery and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client activities, campaign performance, and communication.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency preferred.
- Ability to work full-time in-office and collaborate closely with team members.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of A$80,000.00-A$90,000.00 and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing industry.
