An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workplace Relations Expert to provide expert guidance and leadership across all aspects of workplace relations, people strategy, and organisational change.
* Provide strategic advice on workplace relations, enterprise agreement interpretation and implementation.
* Offer expertise on workplace issues, including disciplinary matters, performance management and conflict resolution.
* Liaise with senior leaders and managers to ensure compliance with legislation, foster a positive and productive culture, and manage complex people matters with professionalism.
* Support organisational change initiatives such as restructuring, redeployment and workforce planning.
