you will be responsible for leading and developing the Human Resources function to ensure Burger Urge manages and develops its people in line with our values and vision.
About The Role
The
Head of HR
acts as a key strategic HR business partner role. This position leads and drives the People plan, initiatives, programs and supports the business to achieve its operational objectives. This role has joint responsibility with business leaders to ensure the growth, development and engagement of all employees. The Head of HR will partner with a number of Senior Leaders within their business unit, supporting Burger Urge to build a strong foundation for the future.
What You'll Bring To The Role
* Strong HR business partnering capability with experience in an operational and hospitality or retail workforce
* Demonstrated ability to strategically partner with business in large organisation
* Proven ability managing change and building organisational capability
* Strong stakeholder management ability
* Commercial acumen and proven ability to understand the operation
* Proven interpersonal and relationship development skills
* The ability to work autonomously whilst remaining collaborative and considered as a part of a broader team
* Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an ability to communicate in both technical and business language
* Tertiary qualification in HR/Business related degree or equivalent experience required
