Pike Property is seeking a highly skilled, organised and motivated Senior Property Manager to lead and oversee our growing Property Management Department.

With over 800 properties under management, a clear and focused focus on growth and more than 30 years of continuous operation in the Moreton Bay region, Pike Property is one of the area's most established and respected agencies. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a long-term career position with leadership responsibility.

The Role

As Head of Property Management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio while mentoring and supporting a team of property managers and support staff.

This is a leadership position suited to a confident and experienced property professional who understands both property management and the business side of real estate.

Responsibilities
* Oversee a property management department of approximately 800 properties
* Coach and mentor junior property managers and team members
* Prepare departmental reports and performance metrics
* Assist with onboarding new managements
* Meet with the Principal weekly to review department performance
* Ensure systems, processes and client service standards are maintained
* Support the team to achieve consistent and predictable results
