Join our dynamic School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences as either a Lecturer or Clinical Academic in Medical Sonography and help shape the future of the discipline while supporting student success.
As a Clinical Academic, you will coordinate and monitor clinical learning experiences for students in the Bachelor of Medical Sonography/Graduate Diploma of Medical Sonography, foster industry partnerships, and support student success during their clinical placements. You will facilitate effective learning in practice-based courses, contribute to the overall quality of clinical education through scholarly activities, research and involvement in professional initiatives.
As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching in the Bachelor of Medical Sonography/Graduate Diploma of Medical Sonography, supervise students, and contribute to curriculum development, research and industry engagement. You will collaborate with a team of passionate academics to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in the profession.

Position Requirements
* Relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Medical Sonography.
* Current registration or eligibility to obtain registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
* Prior clinical and/or academic teaching experience in Medical Sonography.
* Demonstrated ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, including experience engaging with tertiary students and educational providers.
* Possession of a teaching qualification, or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education.
