We are seeking a dedicated person to act as a 2IC to the Regional Manager of the Burdekin Region. This role requires providing operational and administrative support to ensure the success of our regional workforce programs.
The successful candidate will embody our values of judgment, integrity and responsibility, and will bring strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the Regional Manager to support regional strategy, workforce planning and performance outcomes.
· Help to ensure compliance with PALM Scheme requirements and company standards.
· Support worker well-being, induction processes and health and safety compliance.
· Conduct site visits and facilitate meetings with host employers and workers.
· Monitor workforce performance to meet business goals in customer satisfaction, internal processes, learning, growth and financial performance.
About You
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
· Ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaboration across a distributed team.
· Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends and evenings, when required.
· Previous experience in workforce coordination is highly desirable.
