About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-driven HR & Payroll Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and accurate, timely payroll. If you enjoy variety, care about great employee experiences, and have a strong eye for compliance, this is a position for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment across the business.
* Preparing contracts, onboarding packs, and Day 1 new starter activities.
* Supporting payroll processing including new starters, terminations, rate changes and roster updates.
* Responding to employee HR and payroll queries.
* Assisting with HR administration such as probation reviews, training, and policy communication.
You will work closely with the HR Manager, Finance Team, Supervisors, and employees across the business.
About you:
* Qualification in HR, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience).
* Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (Pronto desirable but not required).
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment and payroll compliance.
* Great communication skills, high attention to detail and strong organization.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
