Role Overview:
* The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting educational services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support duties including responding to telephone enquiries, managing mail deliveries, assisting with stock control, coordinating meetings, processing routine paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
2. Maintain and update data on the school's IT systems, such as student, staff and school records.
3. Ensure office records are up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible.
4. Coordinate the preparation of standard internal and external communication according to school procedures.
5. Source data or factual information from given sources to support administrative functions.
6. Develop and implement strategies for effective administration.
7. Manage client reception and office operations.
8. Liaise with school staff to meet support requirements.
9. Coordinate staff timetabling and manage VASS and/or VET administration support.
Additional Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for efficient office operations, managing and updating data on school IT systems, and providing exceptional administrative support to students and staff.
