Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Marketing Specialist to lead our integrated media planning and execution for major campaigns in Australia and New Zealand. This role will serve as a central point of contact for campaign and investment reporting across all marketing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing annual media budgets and strategies, managing relationships with marketing partners and agencies, overseeing data collection and supply for marketing mix modeling, and providing fortnightly campaign reports and post-campaign insights.

* Responsibilities
o Integrated Media Planning & Operations:
+ Developing annual media budgets and strategies
+ Managing relationships with marketing partners and agencies
+ Owning all aspects of the media campaign process from end-to-end
o Partner Management:
+ Maintaining strong relationships with marketing partners and other business units
o Measurement and Advanced Analytics:
+ Overseeing data collection and supply for marketing mix modeling
+ Providing fortnightly campaign reports and post-campaign insights

Requirements
* Digital marketing or media buying experience with high level competency across all media
* Experience creating, managing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns for large brands
* Ability to analyze media and audience performance, generating insights and actions from available data sources
* Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
* Experience managing external agency partners/vendors and evaluating capabilities and proposals
* Confidence in communicating and influencing stakeholders
