To achieve this we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Retail Manager with flair for visual merchandising, capable of creating appealing displays and executing marketing campaigns.
About the Role:
We require a confident and self-motivated individual to lead our retail team, supervising pharmacy assistants and completing opening and/or closing procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experience through hands-on and inspiring leadership style.
* Use your creative skills in visual merchandising to maximise sales.
* Support the management team in achieving key performance indicators.
* Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management, administration and business financial reporting needs.
Ideal Candidate:
* Ambitious leader with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Basic computer skills including operating POS system.
* A genuine passion for retail pharmacy.
* Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy - advantageous.
