As our Hotel continues to grow we're looking for a Breakfast Supervisor-The Conservatory Restaurant to assist in running our very busy hotel breakfast restaurant.
Our Conservatory restaurant plays a significant part in our guest stay at the hotel. We provide an exceptional luxury breakfast experience and seamless in room dining for in house guests.
About the role
This is a hands on role leading your team on shift, with an key focus on being the warm and friendly leader who ensures an exceptional breakfast experience for our Hotel guests.
You will be driving guest satisfaction, service standards, team engagement, problem resolution, brand & cleanliness standards.
This role would suit an F&B Supervisor or similar looking for the next step in your career.

Skills and experience
* 1+ years experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage. Experience working in a Restaurant, Banquet or Events operations would be a distinct advantage.
* A real morning person- you will be working mainly mornings between 6am/ 7am to 2pm/3pm
* Knowledge of hotel operations is desirable
* Absolute a people person- you will love working on the front line, leading your team and interacting with your guests
* Proven ability to lead & develop a team, improve guest satisfaction & maintain standards
* Great communication & interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
* You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
* This is a full time role so we are not accepting student visa or WHV applications at this time
* Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required
