About the Opportunity
Join the WesTrac team as a Parts Sales Coordinator at our Dubbo branch. The role is the face of our parts sales operations, working closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support branch success. We offer part‐time and job‐share arrangements for those passionate about customer service and attentive to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support branch success.
- Handle inbound order calls, process data, and interpret parts requirements.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a high‐level customer service role.
- Interest and aptitude in technical/industrial products or services.
- Problem‐solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Intermediate computer literacy – proficiency with MS Office and internet‐based applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members.
- Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
- Zendesk and Cisco experience highly regarded.
