* Proactive and self-motivated approach to inbound/outbound sales campaigns
* Having excellent time management and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks from multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with customers'(internal and external) unique challenges and demonstrate sensitivity towards their needs and concerns.
* Refined phone-based sales skills, including effective negotiation, persuasion, and communication of product value to customers.
* Proven inside sales/customer experience within the construction sector(or similar), with track record of exceeding stakeholder expectations.
* Resilient and versatile, you can work autonomously or in a team, and are passionate about providing first class customer service.
* Highly ambitious, with a true desire to succeed and the hunger to be rewarded for your efforts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your duties will include:
Customer Service
* Deliver professional and timely assistance across phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
* Manage and organise shared inboxes to ensure all communications are prioritised and actioned appropriately.
* Build positive relationships with customers, responding promptly and accurately to product, order, and stock queries.
* Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
* Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in CRM systems.
Business Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and management teams.
* Coordinate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and car hire.
* Assist in formatting proposals, quotes, and reports for sales and management use.
* Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions as required.
* Undertake general office administration, ordering supplies, and ensuring facilities are well maintained.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with implementing business-wide systems and processes.
