We have an exciting opportunity for an operations Support Administrator to join our team in Kalgoorlie on a permanent part‑time basis. The role requires working three days per week—Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 9am to 2pm. You will bring a strong administrative background and a love for customer service. This role is ideal for an experienced self‑starter who can communicate effectively and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, work as a team player, and also operate independently. Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills are essential. Reporting directly to the Team Leader: Administration, you will also liaise daily with our Health team and Aged Care team to support our busy administrative needs.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain Client / Provider record management
- Fleet coordination
- Coordinate meetings and calendaring, including scheduling appointments with internal and external parties
- Accurately process financial documentation, including invoices
- Provide customer service in person, over the telephone and via email
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client/employee/supplier documentation
- Ensure the smooth running of the Service Centre/Business Unit
- Distribute incoming calls, faxes and emails to relevant parties to ensure a high standard of customer service
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements
- Support the processing and orientation of new providers

About you

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise a high volume workload, multitask and have strong attention to detail. In addition, candidates should demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Well‑developed communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team but also independently
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment
- Previous data entry experience in complex systems is highly desirable
- Personal integrity and respect for confidential information
