PSG is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Azure Architecture Lead to drive technical leadership across a large-scale digital transformation program.
This is a senior leadership role focused on shaping, governing and delivering enterprise solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of a major Digital Program, with a strong focus on:
* Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Azure
* Power Platform
* Dataverse and data platforms
* Leadership
You will ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to enterprise strategy, while leading architecture governance and supporting delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the architecture and technical strategy across Dynamics 365 and Azure environments
* Oversee end-to-end solution design including integration, data, security and infrastructure
* Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and best practice
* Provide technical leadership across architecture review forums and governance boards
* Work closely with business leaders, delivery teams and implementation partners
* Guide data integration, reporting and platform capability across the Microsoft stack
* Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy and regulatory requirements
* Lead and mentor architects and technical specialists within the program
About The Candidate
* Strong experience delivering enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud.
* Proven background in solution or enterprise architecture leadership
* Experience in Non For Profit or Healthcare is highly desirable
* Experience leading technical teams within complex transformation programs
* Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience
* Ability to translate business needs into practical Microsoft-based solutions
