Please note: This is a permanent part-time position. Sponsorship is not available. Applicants must have current work rights in Australia.

Your Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential
* Previous experience in aged care – preferred
* Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing
* Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
* Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health
* Current work rights in Australia – required
* A Police Check will be conducted by the organisation on your behalf
