* Oversee day to dayCafe/Kitchen and Takeaway operations, including front of house Management, stock management, Rostering of staff and POS systems.
* Oversee orders and ordering of stock, stock control, rotation, returns, storage and disposal of damaged and unused goods.
* Hold and orchestrate the position of Food Safety Supervisor and manager for the State of Queensland. Ensure compliance with Hospitality Food and safety requirements and ensure company polices are upheld and updated.
* Maintain excellent store and food presentation while delivering friendly customer service.
*Provide leadership through our Work safe protocols, training of staff and ensuring workplace procedures and protocols are adhered to by all staff.

REQUEST For Candidate
Previous management experience in a retail restaurant, supermarket or similar fast paced retail environment.
Minimum of 3+ years management experience in a similar hospitality or retail environment is required for this position.
Possess strong leadership skills with he ability to motivate and develop a team.
Be a great communicator and able to build strong rapport with both customers and staff.
Confidently handle customer enquiries, concerns and high pressure situations with professionalism.
Be available across 6 days, including evening shifts and have flexibility with your schedule.
The position requires the candidate to be able to speak, read and write both English and Chinese Mandarin
Native level proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is essential, including advanced speaking, reading and writing abilities.
