This dynamic role combines administration, reporting and compliance, playing a key role in supporting the Group Manager – HSEQ and WHS teams in ensuring our subcontractors meet all required prequalification and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update the Subcontractor Management System, Integrated Management System, and other HSEQ and compliance systems in place.
* Effectively and efficiently work with the Group Manager – HSEQ to ensure the Integrated Management System is up to date and controlled.
* Formatting of company documents and version control of company IMS documents – must have a very good knowledge of Word and Excel in terms of document formatting – styles, formulas, and formatting applications.
* Prepare reports, statistical data, tender responses, monthly reporting, and other HSEQ reporting requirements.
* Maintain all administrative functions for the HSEQ team including maintaining up-to-date registers and statistics of audits and inspections, incident reporting, continuous improvement, training, chemical and risk registers.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including document formatting and version control in line with company brand guidelines.
* Ability to prepare reports, compile information and support tenders and HSEQ documentation.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and stakeholders including subcontractors.
* Experience with ISO‐certified systems (45001, 14001, 9001) and a sound understanding of WHS legislation desirable.
* Ability to learn new systems quickly; civil construction experience desirable.
