The Retail Transformation program is committed to consolidating core banking platforms, mobile applications and origination systems. We are seeking a dedicated Test Automation Specialist to design and develop automation test frameworks using TOSCA, ensuring high-quality testing standards are upheld and comprehensive test case specifications cover risk areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and build automation test frameworks using TOSCA (Data driven & Hybrid)
* Create detailed test plans and specifications
* Ensure that testing standards are maintained and test case specifications effectively address risk areas.
* Understand and apply Test-driven/Behaviour Design concepts to test and debug automated solutions
* Be responsible for planning, designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting related to TOSCA
* Automate UI and backend services (API, webServices) using the TOSCA automation tool
* Execute test automation scripts and publish test reports
* Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements.
* Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects through to resolution.
* Analyse the impact of new solutions/enhancements and run appropriate regression testing
* Integrate automated test suites with Continuous Integration/Delivery Pipelines.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with 3+ years of recent experience with TOSCA
* Strong experience in testing XML SOAP, RESTful web APIs
* Extensive experience in software Test automation tools and working in fast-paced Agile Environments
* Good knowledge of Testing Life cycle processes
* Extensive experience working in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) tools e.g., Cucumber
* Experience in Tosca automation framework (TBOX / Tbox modules, TCD, Requirements, APIs, BI in Tosca)
* Experience in Test Automation using TOSCA Test Automation Tool
* Ability to design Generic functions and enable modifications of existing framework
* Proficiency in relational database models, SQL queries, XML data models
* Experience in TOSCA Test suite with navigation and steering capabilities
* Hands-on test case design, creation, management, and execution
* Experience in Customer-specific extensions and integration of Tosca (custom controls, special execution tasks, etc.)
* Experienced in test automation estimation using TOSCA
* Strong experience in creating end-to-end CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) solutions using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and containerisation tools.
* Influence Analysts and Engineers to have a testing mindset by contributing to and/or supporting analysis and design activities
* Experience in Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and integrating them to automation testing frameworks.
